Aging infrastructure is both overburdened with demand and becoming more and more costly to maintain.
Accurate maintenance records do not exist making it difficult to efficiently direct maintenance strategies.
Current monitoring do not provide the level of real-time intelligence needed to drive strategic preventative maintenance or efficient emergency response.
